Bonarda grapes bring joy, complexity and nuance to this wine. Aromas of dark fruit and smoke with a hint of violet. In the mouth it is both exotic and approachable with additional hints of blackberry and tobacco. Pairs well with grilled and roasted meats.

Aging in Oak Barrels:
20% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels during 9 months.
